This terms and conditions stated here are offered by Virgin platform international ltd, a fully registered company with corporate affairs commission (CAC) and recognized by other relevant Nigeria federal government agencies.
Authority to Use our Services
With subject to our Terms, we and our licensors grant to you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable authority to use our Services for your use and not for resale or further distribution. Your right to use our Services is limited by all terms and conditions set forth in these Terms. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Virgin platform International ltd.
Limitation of benefits
Participants fully agree that;
1. Virgin Platform International is into telecommunication business and is an Enterprise strategic partner to 9mobile and thus trade on 9mobile telecommunication products with an online customer service referral commission platform, therefore, Customers MUST choose between a One-Off Referral Commission option or Networking Referral Commission option for their commission earning. On One-Off Commission option, Business 1000 with 3 months upfront payment earns you N500 as referral commission, Business 2000 with 3 months upfront payment earns N1000 as referral commission. Business 5000 with 3 months upfront payment earns N2500 as referral commission and Business 10000 with 3 months upfront payment earns N5000 referral commission. While on Networking Commission, Customers are entitled to a fixed N500 referral Commission only on their down lines up to the sixth (6) level giving them a maximum earning of N546,000. 20% of every commission shall be used to purchase airtime to that customers assigned or activated number while 80% is transferable as cash into customer’s bank account.
2. Virgin platform international ltd reserves the sole right to terminate customer’s further benefits payment if certain stated conditions are breached or if it decides by its discretion to stop further payment.
3. To qualify for a referral commission, a customer must successfully pay to Virgin Platform International through the acceptable channels, a 3 months upfront payment for whichever acceptable and listed more business 2.0 bundle he selected online while doing his membership registration, and a customer must refer a new customer who must have also done the same.
4. Virgin Platform international ltd is NOT a financial institution and NOT an investment house. It is also not in itself, a Telecommunication Network service provider and does not present itself as one. It is a Company authorized by 9mobile Nigeria as their Enterprise Strategic Partner, which has created a customer’s online platform as its marketing strategy, where its customers voluntarily leverage on to generate income while enjoying the 9Mobile telecom product paid for.
5. SERVICES RENDERED BY VIRGIN PLATFORM INTERNATIONAL LTD ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE OR STOPAGE, DEPENDING ON THE CHANGE IN TELECOMMUNICATION NETWORK SERVICE PROVIDER’S PRODUCT, SERVICE OR PARTNERSHIP POLICY, AND ALSO ON GOVERNMENT POLICY/REGULATIONS, AND CHANGE IN BUSINESS PLAN AS CIRCUMSTANCES ARISE.
6. Any customer’s account that does not do a recharge from his e-wallet up to a year goes dormant. To reactivate it, he must pay another 3 months upfront subscription for a bundle to that formerly assigned and activated number. In case, the number is no more active, he shall create another membership account and activate another new number.
You agree that, any information you provide in connection with your use of the Website is true, accurate and complete and you will maintain and update such information regularly, you should solely be held liable for any false information provided by you. In these Terms, the content you or other users upload to the Website, includes, but is not limited to, document layouts, source code, pictures, video and other images, audio materials, graphics, document or data files, information relating to natural and other persons, messages, e-mail and other communications, files, texts, opinions, feedback, suggestions, ideas, personalization settings and other information or content, which is or may be provided to Virgin Platform Intl ltd or placed on the user’s VP International profile page or inputted or uploaded by you via the Website or related means. Virgin Platform International ltd disclaims any and all liability for your disclosure of personally identifiable or confidential information you submit via the website to other users. It is your duty to ensure that who so ever you summit your confidential information will take appropriate measure to secure your information.
Safeguarding Your VP International Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with your account. You must immediately notify Virgin platform international ltd of any unauthorized user of your account. Virgin platform International ltd will not be liable for any acts or omissions by you.
Disclaiming Warranties and Limitation of Liability
Agreeing to use the services and the service content is at your sole risk. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the services or any service content, and you rely on the services and service content at your own risk. Any material that you access or obtain through our services is done at your own discretion and risk and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer or loss of data that results from the download of any material through our services.
Virgin Platform International ltd has the right to remove User Content at our discretion and may terminate accounts of Users who violate the Terms.
You agree that you will not under any circumstances transmit any User Content (including software, text, images, or other information) that:
contains or installs any viruses, worms, malware, Trojan horses, or other content that is designed or intended to disrupt, damage, or limit the functioning of any software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment or to damage or obtain unauthorized access to any data or other information of any third party
b. Impersonates any person or entity, including any of our representatives
c. Engaged in unlawful or promotes unlawful activities
d. Infringes on any proprietary right of any party, including patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, right of publicity, or other rights;
e. transmit pornographic, discriminatory, or otherwise victimizes or intimidates an individual or group on the basis of religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age, or disability;
f. Violates the privacy of any third party.
g. VP International reserves the right to deny access to this site and delete User Content at any time without notice
h. VP International retains the right to co-operate with any law enforcement authorities, or in response to court and other official requests directing that VP International disclose the identity of anyone posting User Content.
Undertaking an Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold us, our respective affiliates, officers, agents, employees, representatives, and assigns harmless from any costs, damages, expenses, and liability caused by your use of the Website, including, without limitation, User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party through use of the Website or User Content.
This Agreement represent complete agreement between Virgin Platform International ltd and you concerning the subject matter hereof, and they may only be modified by a written amendment signed or by posting the revised version by an authorized officer of VP International ltd.
Virgin platform International ltd shall not be responsible for delays or failures in its performance when circumstances made its obligations impracticable beyond its reasonable control such as strikes, wars, floods, riots, government decrees/policy/regulations, and orders etc.

Our employees may be exposed to these data in the course of performing their duties. Our employees are bound by a confidentiality agreement to not disclose customer data for any reasons. This vendor only discloses these data to other entities as required by law.

A. The registration and payment of service fee by a customer entitles such customer to VP International ltd product package and also the privilege to recommend other potential customers and get a commission, all commissions are instantly paid into customers e-wallets account which customers individually transfers the amount to their bank account, whenever they wish but before the 3 months product plan validity period.
B. Virgin Platform International Limited reserves the exclusive right of the interpretation of the VP International Programs, Services and Compensation plan.
C. Any customer, who recommends VP International to a new customer, must fulfill the obligation of performing a bona fide supervisory role in ensuring that the new customer understands VP International activities.
D. Virgin Platform International customer must attain the legal age of 18 years before they can apply for membership on our online Customer platform.
E. A Customer/member is a person who has completed a Virgin Platform International ltd Registration form, agree to our Terms and Conditions and done his/her full payment and has been accepted by Virgin Platform International ltd as an active customer on the VP e-business. VP International reserves the right to accept or reject anyone as a Customer.
F. BOTH VP INTERNATIONAL AND CUSTOMERS ACKNOWLEDGE THAT WHERE CUSTOMERS MAKE REFERRALS, THE PROCESS COULD MOVE FASTER AND BE MORE BENEFICIAL FINANCIALLY TO MEMBERS BUT VP INTERNATIONAL DOES NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY FOR THE SPEED OF TIME-OUTS AND COMMISSION. VP INTERNATIONAL GUARANTEES THAT ITS SYSTEM GENERATED LEVELS ARE DESIGNED TO PAY OUT AS MEMBERS MAKE THEIR REFERRALS BUT GIVE NO WARRANTY AS TO TIME FOR SUCH PAYOUTS OR THE SPEED OF THE SAME. THIS IS BECAUSE TIMING DEPENDS ON HOW MANY NEW CUSTOMERS COME IN AS IT IS AN AUTOMATED SYSTEM.
G. Virgin Platform International ltd is NOT and we DO NOT represent ourselves as an Investment house neither do we make any claims to possessing or intending to possess such license. Participants understand and agree that VP International ltd represent itself as a company engaged in Telecommunication business which has an online platform which pays commission to its customers for referring more customers to patronize its Telecom services.
H. VP International members shall not advertise VP International activities except as specifically approved by Virgin Platform International Limited.
I. A member, as an independent entity, is fully responsible for all of his/her verbal and written statements made regarding VP International not expressly contained in writing in the current membership agreement, and materials supplied directly by Virgin Platform International Limited
J. Virgin platform international ltd shall be entitled to change activities and programs at any time and without notice, and to make changes in the statement of policy and procedures.
K. If a customer decides not to renew his/her subscription, all his payments, rights and privileges ceases.
L. A customer agrees to indemnify Virgin Platform International Limited and hold it harmless from any and all liability including judgments, civil penalties, refunds, attorney’s fees, court costs or losses incurred by Virgin Platform International Limited as a result of such member’s unauthorized representations of VP International.
M. Customers are independent and are not to be considered as purchasers of customer membership. The agreement between VP International and its customers does not create joint venture between VP International ltd and the Customers. Each customer shall hold harmless VP International from any claims, damages or liabilities arising out of the member’s program activities. Virgin platform International members have no authority in any form to bind VP International to any obligation.
N. All qualified customers have the right to recommend others. In addition, every person has the ultimate right to choose who recommends him/her. However, if two customers should claim to have recommended the same new member, VP International shall regard the first application received by the corporate home office as controlling. Deceptive or misleading claims regarding the opportunity or service are prohibited.
O. The customers shall safeguard and promote the good reputation of VP International in their activities and shall stand clear of any conduct which might be harmful to the reputation of VP International and any other projects / departments of Virgin Platform International Limited and shall avoid all, deceptive, misleading or unethical behavior during the member’s program activities.
P. Virgin Platform International Limited will not permit the use of its designs, logos, trade names, trademarks, etc. without its prior written permission.
Q. Customers accept that, Referral commission is the sole responsibility of Virgin Platform International ltd and not 9mobile Nig. 9mobile does not pay customers Referral commission. Only the telecom products are that of 9mobile
R. A member shall not sell, assign or otherwise transfer his or her membership or other membership privileges or rights.
U. SERVICES RENDERED BY VIRGIN PLATFORM INTERNATIONAL LTD ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE OR STOPAGE, DEPENDING ON THE CHANGE IN THE TELECOMMUNICATION SERVICE PROVIDERS PRODUCTS, SERVICES OR PARTNERSHIP POLICY, AND ALSO ON GOVERNMENT POLICY/REGULATIONS, OR CHANGE IN BUSINESS INVESTMENT PLAN AS CIRCUMSTANCES ARISE.
